Cognitive REI provides an autonomous operating system for real estate investors, powered by our proprietary AI technology, Swarmloom.ai. The platform autonomously hunts deals, runs marketing campaigns, and manages lead engagement on behalf of its users.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at cognitiverei.com or submitting a beta access request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
3. Beta Access
Submitting a beta access request does not guarantee access to the Cognitive REI platform. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion. Beta access may be limited in features and availability.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our beta access request form and submitting the form, you expressly opt in to receive recurring automated text messages from Cognitive REI at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Cognitive REI unless you opt in again.
